MY STORY
Six years ago, I was 75 kilograms at 6'3. I wore baggy clothes to hide my body. People called me names. I felt invisible, like I didn't matter in rooms I walked into.
I tried everything to build muscle. Nothing worked. And honestly? I thought I was just meant to be skinny.
I'd go to the gym, copy workouts from guys on Instagram, eat until I felt sick... and I'd gain maybe 2 or 3 kilos. Then I'd take a week off, get busy with life, and lose it all again.
Every coach told me the same thing: 'Just eat more. Just train harder.' But none of them had been where I was. They didn't get it.
The advice wasn't wrong, it just wasn't for ME. And that's when I realised something: If I wanted to build a body that actually STAYED, I had to figure this out myself.
So I stopped listening to everyone else and started experimenting. I tested everything, meal timing, training splits, progressive overload strategies that actually worked for skinny guys.
And slowly... it clicked. I gained 15 kilograms of lean muscle. Not temporary weight. Not fat. Actual, permanent muscle that stayed even when life got busy.
But more than that? I gained confidence. I stopped hiding. I walked into rooms differently. People treated me differently. I finally felt like the man I wanted to be.
And that's when I knew: If I figured this out, I could help other guys do the same.
